Homeownership Program

Habitat for Humanity of Guam is a Christian housing ministry financed through private donations, community support, and volunteer labor. Habitat’s mission is to build safe, decent, affordable homes in partnership with families in need who cannot otherwise afford conventional or government assisted financing of a home. Habitat for Humanity of Guam builds and sells houses at NO PROFIT and charges NO INTEREST to partner families.

If you live and work in Guam, you may qualify for our NO INTEREST MORTGAGE program.

Please take time review our basic qualifications to see if you meet our general partnership requirements.
